FAMILY HOUSE DESIGN
During the whole semester, we carried out the exercise of designing a family house following the standards and regulations according to the OBC for a family of 4 members which included a person with reduced mobility, this project was developed from the beginning by studying the area until reaching the specifications of quantities of works and contractors for the total development.
The house had a distribution of 3 levels where we found a basement that responded to a recreation room, a room, a bathroom and machine rooms on the first level we found the common areas with the garage and on the top 3 rooms with a full bathroom.
