SOCIAL PROJECT SWITCH MX ON (MEXICO CITY)
In the year 2017-2018 in the months of December and January I did a social volunteering in Mexico City in order to develop one of the 17 sustainable development goals of the UN in this case I fulfilled the goal number 4 of QUALITY EDUCATION where for 4 weeks I worked in a vulnerable community of Mexico City and develop a project of 3 phases giving classes to children and young people between 5 to 17 years.
The classrooms were based on three main themes: Society and culture, technology and arts.
The work group consisted of 14 volunteers from Brazil, Peru, Mexico, Guatemala and Colombia, where two groups were formed for two different days and each of them managed a group of children (between 10-15) in different ages, the project was carried out in the colony: Paraje del caballito located in Mexico City.
