SOCIAL PROJECT SWITCH MX ON (MEXICO CITY)
In the year 2017-2018 in the months of December and January I did a social volunteering in Mexico City in order to develop one of the 17 sustainable development goals of the UN in this case I fulfilled the goal number 4 of QUALITY EDUCATION where for 4 weeks I worked in a vulnerable community of Mexico City and develop a project of 3 phases giving classes to children and young people between 5 to 17 years.
The classrooms were based on three main themes: Society and culture, technology and arts.
​The work group consisted of 14 volunteers from Brazil, Peru, Mexico, Guatemala and Colombia, where two groups were formed for two different days and each of them managed a group of children (between 10-15) in different ages, the project was carried out in the colony: Paraje del caballito located in Mexico City.
